Sessions are held on Saturdays. Each session starts with a 20-minute practice followed by a game of two 16-minute halves played on 8ft rims with a 27.5" basketball. Rules are modified so that skill and team development can be achieved. Coaches will serve as referees.

A few rules are modified to assist in skill and team development.  This division is officiated with professional adult referees.

Each team will have a Coach and Assistant Coach and games will be played on 10ft rims with a 29.5" basketball.   Some rule modifications exist to cater to the development of this age group.  This division is officiated with professional adult referees.

This division is officiated with professional adult referees with standard High School basketball rules.  Athletes that make their HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY BASKETBALL team are INELIGIBLE TO PLAY in this league.

This league is a "build your own team" division.  Each team has a Parent Sponsor/Coach who is required to be at games on the bench and a Team Captain to communicate the game schedule and player rotation.  This league is officiated with professional adult referees with standard High School basketball rules.  Athletes that make their HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY BASKETBALL team are INELIGIBLE TO PLAY in this league.
